2009 METU NINB

Elginkan Foundation was the main sponsor also in 2009 of "New Ideas New Businesses Entrepreneurship Contest", which was organized by the Middle East Technical University, was held successfully for the first time in 2005, and continued with increasing success in 2006 and 2008.

Fifth "New Ideas New Businesses" Entrepreneurship contest was concluded with the final ceremony held in November 14 2009.

Among six projects that made it to the finals as a result of eliminations made among 300 applications from students with entrepreneurial spirit studying in various universities in Turkey, 75.000 TL Elginkan Foundation Technology Award was given to Garajsoft team with their Device Project That Can Control Computer with Brain Waves.

Elginkan Foundation will provide support valued at 75.000 TL to be paid gradually to Garajsoft Group that won the award in order for them to commence production.
